Terms of Service
Last updated: May 28, 2026
These terms cover how you may use this website and its tools.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at aixautomationlabs.com and the forms, tools, and content on it. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.
These terms apply to the website only. Any paid consulting or MSP work is governed by a separate written agreement, as explained below.
About AIX Automation Lab
AIX Automation Lab is a division of AIXTEK, Inc. We build AI agents and workflow automation, and we run an operating MSP.
We work with SMBs of roughly 50 to 500 employees and with Bay Area municipalities and public-sector IT teams. Our office is at 20 N. Railroad Ave., San Mateo, CA.
In these terms, we, us, and our mean AIX Automation Lab and AIXTEK, Inc. You means the person or organization using the site.
Using This Site (Acceptable Use)
You may read the site, submit our forms, and book a call. We ask that you use the site honestly and not interfere with how it works for other people.
When you use the site, you agree not to do the following:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or contact data by automated means without our written permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information through our forms.
- Send spam, malware, or repeated junk submissions, or attempt to defeat our Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the site, its forms, or its underlying systems for vulnerabilities, except through responsible disclosure to us.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the site, its forms, or the servers and networks that run it.
We may limit or block access if we reasonably believe you are doing any of the above. If you find a security issue, email us at hello@aixautomationlabs.com rather than testing it against live systems.
Informational Purpose — Not Professional Advice
Everything on this site is for general information. That includes the articles, the AI Readiness Assessment, and any output generated by AI tools on the site.
Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Do not act on it without checking against your own facts and your own advisors.
The AI Readiness Assessment produces a score and suggestions based on the answers you give. Those results are estimates and general guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome. A real recommendation for your organization comes out of a scoped engagement, not a 10-question form.
Consulting Engagements
Booking a call, submitting a form, or completing the assessment does not create a consulting engagement or a contract for paid work.
Any consulting, automation, or MSP work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement between you and AIXTEK, Inc. That agreement, not these site terms, sets the scope, fees, deliverables, warranties, and liability for the work.
If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls for that work.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site — text, layout, graphics, diagrams, and code — along with the AIX Automation Lab, AIXTEK, and AVA names and branding, is owned by AIXTEK, Inc. or used with permission.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Other product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. We name them to describe our work and the services we use, not to claim them.
Third-Party Links and Services
The site relies on third-party services to run, deliver email, schedule calls, and measure traffic. We do not control these providers, and your use of their features is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The services we use include:
- Vercel — hosting, content delivery, and cookieless Web Analytics.
- Microsoft — the Bookings scheduler embedded on our booking page; details you enter there are handled by Microsoft.
- SMTP2GO — delivery of transactional and newsletter email.
- Upstash — storage of form submissions for follow-up.
- Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on our forms.
- Google — Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies.
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly traffic measurement.
We also link out to other websites we think are useful. Following those links is at your own discretion, and we are not responsible for their content. For more on what we collect and how these services handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information or assessment result is accurate or complete for your situation.
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect data submitted through the site. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, though, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AIX Automation Lab and AIXTEK, Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. That includes lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under California law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Liability for paid consulting work is set in the separate engagement agreement, not here.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify AIX Automation Lab and AIXTEK, Inc., and our staff, against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
This covers things like unlawful use of the site, submitting someone else's information without permission, or infringing a third party's rights through your use of the site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, and you agree to that venue.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
The current version is dated May 28, 2026. If you keep using the site after we post a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
