What it is

We’re opening three design-partner slots for our first AI agent and automation pilots outside our own MSP. Pilot Program clients get below-market pricing in exchange for letting us write a case study about the engagement after it ships.

What you get

  • A 4-6 week pilot, fixed scope, fixed price (design-partner rate, materially below our standard pilot pricing)
  • Direct access to the founders, not an account manager
  • Full source code and runbooks for what we ship — yours to keep, modify, run, or rebuild without us
  • Eval harness and cost dashboard included, no upcharge
  • 30 days of post-ship support

What we get

  • A written case study with real numbers (you approve every word before publication)
  • Permission to use your logo on this site and in pitches
  • A reference call we can offer to one or two future prospects

That’s it. No exclusivity clause. No right of first refusal on future work. If the pilot doesn’t lead to a follow-on engagement, we still ship clean.

Who it’s for

The Pilot Program is the right fit if you:

  • Run an SMB (50-500 employees) or a Bay Area municipal/public-sector org
  • Have a specific workflow in mind, or are willing to commit a 90-minute discovery to picking one
  • Can name an internal owner who’ll spend a few hours per week with us during the build
  • Are okay with the case study being published 60 days after pilot ship

It’s not the right fit if you need full NDA coverage that prevents any case study, or if your decision cycle is longer than the pilot timeline.

Why we’re doing this

We’ve shipped AI agents and automation inside our own MSP and for a small number of internal partners. We have the work to point to, but no external case study. The Pilot Program closes that gap. We’re upfront that this is a credentialing play for us as much as it’s a discount for you.

How to apply

Book a 30-minute discovery call and mention the Pilot Program. We’ll spend the call understanding the workflow you have in mind and tell you on the same call whether we think it’s a good fit. If it is, we send a one-page proposal within 48 hours.

Three slots. We’ll close applications when they’re filled or on a date posted here, whichever comes first.

On pricing

We quote the discounted pilot price in the written proposal after the discovery call, not on this page. The reason is honest: pricing depends on integration scope, and a single number on a marketing page would either be too high to feel below-market or too low to be honest. You’ll see the actual number, in writing, inside 48 hours of the call. Push back if that’s the wrong shape for how you buy.
